All orders are dispatched nationwide using a fully trackable, 100% carbon neutral third-party courier service. Orders are dispatched within 14 business days after purchase. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. If you do have any queries or specific requests, please email us at admin@oke-art.space. - What’s your policy on returns and exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on orders. However, if you find damage or fault with your order, please email us at admin@oke-art.space along with your order number and proof of damage. As we may elect to either provide a refund (including shipping costs) or replace the goods. - What material is the artwork printed on?
All artworks are Giclée print on 310gsm Ilford Prestige Galerie Smooth cotton rag providing high colour consistency, superb image reproduction and longevity. - What sizes do the prints come in?
All artworks come in the following sizes: Small, Medium, Larger and XLarge. Each size is available in either a framed or unframed option. You can email us at admin@oke-art.space if you need a custom size.
